Adding a clock:

You can visit http://www.clocklink.com/. There, you'll find a clock gallery; click on it.

• They'll show you some clock, choose one and click on "view html tag".
• Get the embed code.
• Go to "Customize". 
• "Add a gadget"
• Choose "HTML/JavaScript"
• Paste the code.

http://www.widgetbox.com/ is a site where you can find lots of different gadgets to add to you sidebar or posts. Follow the same steps as with the clock.
